• Basic Audit ($129) - Foundational analysis covering portal settings, user management, data hygiene, and integrations
• Pro Audit ($299/hub) - Hub-specific deep-dive analysis with advanced recommendations
• Enterprise Audit ($499/hub) - Advanced enterprise features and custom optimization

To use our services, you must:

• Have a valid HubSpot Pro+ plan (required for Basic Audit)
• Provide accurate contact and billing information
• Grant read-only access to your HubSpot portal for audit purposes
• Be authorized to access and share your organization's HubSpot data
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Payment terms for our services:

• All fees are payable in advance
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our satisfaction guarantee
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Regarding your HubSpot data:

• We require read-only access to your HubSpot portal
• We use OAuth authentication and never store your credentials
• Audit data is automatically deleted after report generation
• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• We maintain enterprise-grade security standards

Our service commitments:

• Audit reports are delivered in under 5 minutes
• Reports are provided in PDF format
• We provide 30-day support for clarification on audit findings
• Service availability is subject to maintenance windows

Intellectual property rights:

• Our platform, algorithms, and methodologies are proprietary
• You retain ownership of your HubSpot data
• Audit reports become your property upon delivery
• You may not reverse engineer or replicate our services

You may not:

• Use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Use our services to compete with or replicate our offerings
• Share audit reports with unauthorized third parties

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Audit reports are provided for informational purposes
• Implementation of recommendations is at your own risk

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms or other reasons. You may discontinue using our services at any time.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
